为了提高空间土地利用效率，城市基础设施上盖开发已逐渐成为基础设施建设的主流模式。结合规划要求，本设计利用场地高差将污水厂屋面以上空间布置为具有较强通用性的厂房空间。围合的厂房中央设连廊串联，并定义了尺度宜人的庭院空间。南侧依山势设计了对外开放的体育公园，以改善基础设施的邻避效应。
To improve the efficiency of spatial land use, the development of urban infrastructure with overhead structures has gradually become the mainstream model for infrastructure construction. In line with planning requirements, this design utilizes the site's elevation differences to arrange the space above the sewage treatment plant roof as a versatile factory space with strong adaptability. The enclosed factory buildings are connected by a central corridor, which also defines a courtyard space of pleasant scale. On the southern side, following the mountain contours, an open sports park has been designed to mitigate the NIMBY effect of the infrastructure.
