依托于壮丽的澜沧江河谷地貌与糯扎渡自然保护区的生态基底，本项目将一座村庄废弃小学改造为一座与自然共生的研学酒店。校园遗址上将被茂密森林重新环抱直至江畔，呈现出建筑与自然相互渗透的原始状态。 设计采取轻介入的策略，在保留原有教学楼主体结构的基础上，通过植入一系列轻盈的新建构筑物，以廊道、平台和架空体量对原有建筑进行包裹与连接。新旧交织的建造方式将现状离散的空间重塑为林间穿行的叙事序列。新建部分采用轻型结构体系，以消解体量感的方式嵌入自然环境，并将在地的建筑语汇进行有机植入。
Nestled within the magnificent landscape of the Lancang River Valley and the ecological context of the Nuozhadu Nature Reserve, this project transforms an abandoned village primary school into a nature-immersive research hotel. The former campus, now embraced by dense forests stretching down to the riverbank, embodies a primitive state of mutual permeability between architecture and nature.
The design adopts a light-touch strategy: while preserving the main structure of the original teaching building, a series of lightweight new architectural elements are introduced. Corridors, platforms, and elevated volumes envelop and connect the existing structure. This interweaving of old and new reconfigures the previously fragmented spaces into a narrative sequence that guides visitors through the forest. The new additions employ a lightweight structural system, minimizing their visual presence and blending subtly into the natural environment, while incorporating local architectural vocabulary in an organic manner.
