观景塔是设计团队基于场地环境独立策划的一处建筑物。由于这里靠近河流，西侧视野开阔，我们建议在此处建造一处观赏落日的观景塔。塔的结构为一个收分的楼梯，通过护栏材料做法的交替变换同时创造在楼梯上下行走的景色变化以及塔的立面关系。
The observation tower is a structure independently planned by the design team based on the site environment. Since the location is close to a river and offers an expansive view to the west, we proposed building the tower here as a place to watch the sunset. The tower's structure is a tapered staircase, with alternating materials used for the railings, creating a dynamic change in the scenery as one ascends or descends. This approach also influences the relationship between the tower's facade and the surrounding landscape.
