项目是一次在文化遗产附近村落的谨慎建造，将一栋三层的村宅改造为民宿。在遗产保护区严格的风貌控制下，设计以“新旧分离”为核心策略，在保留村宅外墙的基础上将内部置换为混凝土框架结构，显著提升空间的灵活性与安全性。动线的设计摒弃了传统楼梯间，代之以一条蜿蜒上升的连续路径，将各层公区、客房与阁楼茶室串联成连续的空间体验，在旧宅骨架内重塑了轻盈、通透的当代游居体验。
The project represents a cautious intervention within a village adjacent to cultural heritage sites. Centered on the strategy of "separation between old and new," the design preserves the external walls of the rural residence while replacing the interior with a concrete frame structure, thereby liberating the spatial layout. Rejecting conventional staircases, the circulation is reimagined as a gently winding, continuous pathway that connects public areas, guest rooms, and an attic tea lounge across levels. This approach strings together a seamless spatial experience, reinterpreted within the historic shell as a light-filled and transparent expression of contemporary itinerant living.
